Today was my first time at Eye Contact and I cannot say enough good things! The entire staff was so kind and helpful. From check in, to the exam, and finally, helping me select new frames, the staff made my eye appointment feel like a boutique experience. I just left Eye Contact and walked out the door with the biggest smile on my face! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone there was so friendly, professional, and accommodating. The office looked and smelled amazing, the testing equipment had the latest technology, and the my glasses and lens exam was conveniently short; it was the best 20 minutes of my day today. I even shared a few laughs with the doctor and his lovely, beautiful teammates, Ashley and Kacie. They even worked with me when I realized, a day ago, that they no longer accept my insurance. They made it super affordable for me to pay out of pocket. They deserve a million stars for customer satisfaction! I highly recommend you see them for all of your eye care needs!
